Orders may be placed on-line by clicking the image in the catalogue. If you do not want to place your order through the on-line shopping cart, you may place your order by phone, 323 857-5330, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time, Monday–Thursday; by fax, 323 857-0538, 24 hours a day; or by mail.

Delivery Times and Shipping
We make every effort to process and ship your order within 5–10 working days or less. Occasionally high demand depletes our stock of an item. You will be notified if there is a delay.
Freight will be prepaid and added to your invoice. We ship FOB Los Angeles via UPS (or best way), unless otherwise specified.

Claims and Returns
We guarantee our products and will arrange for prompt replacement in case of defects in materials and workmanship. Please contact Customer Service for a returned goods authorization number. Upon authorization, merchandise will be accepted for exchange or credit if returned in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Merchandise returned without a valid returned goods authorization number will not be accepted for credit or return.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. We cannot accept responsibility for merchandise lost or damaged in shipment. Shipping damage should be reported to Customer Service immediately.

Lightning Protection
In areas of the country where lightning is frequent, we recommend that you contact an authorized Lightning Protection specialist for advice on installing your weathervane. Usually this is a straightforward and inexpensive process. Any lightning protection questions could be addressed to: Lightning Protection Institute, www.lightning.org
